Moderation

Warnings, cases, automatic punishments and clean-up.

Commands

CommandWhat it does
/warn, /timeout, /kick, /ban, /unbanThe usual actions. Each one becomes a numbered case
/purgeDelete a number of recent messages
/slowmode, /lock, /unlockControl a channel
/case <number>, /history @memberLook up what happened

All of these are staff only. Jewel will not act on staff, the server owner or herself.

Automatic punishments

In the Moderation tab set how many warnings lead to a timeout and how many lead to a ban. The timeout count must be lower than the ban count.

Automod

Automod deletes messages for spam (too many messages in a window), repeated messages, too many mentions, links, and blocked words. Pick whether it only deletes, deletes and warns, or deletes and times out. Staff are never touched.

Anti-link

When it is on, Jewel deletes links from anyone who does not hold a link role. Pick the roles that may post links.

Safety code (off by default)

A wall of safety for risky commands. When the server owner turns it on, staff must tap their own secret number code on a keypad before /ban, /kick, /unban, /timeout or /purge goes through. A stolen staff account, or a moderator who left their screen open, cannot do damage without the code.

CommandWhat it does
/safety on or offOwner only. Off until you turn it on.
/safety setpinEach staff member picks their own 4 to 8 digit code on a keypad, typed twice. Nobody can read it back.
/safety remember 5Owner only. A correct code counts for 5 minutes (0 = ask every time, the default).
/safety reset @userOwner only. Removes someone's code so they pick a new one.
/safety statusShows whether it is on and whether you have a code.

Three wrong codes lock that person out for 10 minutes and post a warning in the log channel. Only the person who ran the command can use the keypad. Automatic actions (automod, Raid Shield) are not affected.
